2026 – Winter offering

2026 Tariffs to rent the entire lodge are:
Winter 2025 low season: 7 June – 30 June 2026 and 26 August – 5 October 2026
Minimum 2 night stay – Entire lodge
$1,800 per night which includes the new Victorian State government short stay levy of 7.5% (weekdays and weekends included) plus a $660 cleaning and linen fee for each stay. Bond $990 per stay which is refunded after satisfactory final inspection after departure.
Winter 2026 high season: 1 July – 25 August 2026
Minimum 3 night stay – Entire lodge
$2,300 per night which includes the new Victorian State government short stay levy of 7.5% (weekdays and weekends included) plus a $660 cleaning and linen fee for each stay. Bond $990 per stay which is refunded after satisfactory final inspection after departure.
Easter weekend:
Minimum 3 night stay – Entire lodge
$1,720 per night which includes the new Victorian State government short stay levy of 7.5%
Nightly rate for all other times:
Minimum 2 night stay – Entire lodge
$1,505 per night, which includes the new Victorian State government short stay levy of 7.5% plus a service fee per stay $660
Pet policy
We are a pet free lodge. No pets please.
Cancellation and refund policy
Due to seasonal lead up times, a minimum of 30 days cancellation notice is required for bookings made for stays between June 1st and September 30th to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 30 days’ notice will only be refunded if Victorian government restrictions prevent travel to, or occupancy of the property. We strongly recommend guests take out travel insurance to cover cancellations due to other unforeseen circumstances.
For all other booking periods, the following cancellation policy applies:
For cancellations made 15 full days or more prior to check in time, a full refund will be given.
For cancellations made within 10 days of check in time, the first night is non-refundable but 50% of the accommodation fees for remaining nights will be refunded. Early departures are not refundable.
